If pre-ordering half and whole cows, a non-refundable deposit will be required, as part of the processing fee.

Here is a blank cut sheet from our processor. Just print the blank sheet and fill it out. Email us your cut sheet after it has been filled out. We will drop off the beef to our processor and the meat hangs for 2 weeks. In total the process takes about 3 weeks before pickup. Holly Knoll Farms, will then contact you to make arrangements for pick at the farm. Your price is $4.80 per pound based on Hanging Weight, which is the weight of the carcass after slaughter. Next the beef will be dressed and processed into beef cuts. Holly Knoll Farms, grass fed beef is USDA inspected, vacuumed sealed packed, hormone free, antibiotic free, family owned, and raised here on our family farm. Usually hanging weight for a Whole Beef is 500 - 600 pounds. Beef patties are subject to extra charge because it cost more to have the patties done.
