Sausage Balls - Easy Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baking mix (Bisquick)

  • 2 pound Holly Knoll Farms pork sausage (regular or spicy) 

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup Stooksbury Creamery Whole Milk

Preparation

  1. Use Your Stand Mixer - Mix all ingredients (Sausage, Bisquick Mix, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Whole Milk) 

  2. Use Your Cookie Scoop or Your Hands - Use a cookie scoop to form uniform sausage balls.

  3. Line Pan with Parchment Paper - So they don't stick together. 

  4. Step 4 - 2 cups baking mix (Bisquick), 2 pound Holly Knoll Farms pork sausage (regular or spicy), 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded, 1/2 cup Stooksbury Creamery whole milk, Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on low speed until combined. Scoop equal portions using a cookie scoop onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
