Cuts listed are 4 Filet Mignon, 4 Ribeyes, 4 New York Strips, 4 Sirloin Steaks, 1 Brisket, 3 Roasts, 4 packages of Beef Stew, 4 packages of Cubed Steak, 2 packages of short ribs, 2 packs of soup bones, and 40 pounds of ground beef.
1/4 is approximately 60-90 pounds of meat.
We may be able to exchange certain items for another if you prefer something different. Due to supply we might have to change pieces listed above out for something else, but we will make it right.
Price is $900.
