Cuts listed are 4 Filet Mignon, 4 Ribeyes, 4 New York Strips, 4 Sirloin Steaks, 1 Brisket, 5 Roasts, 4 packages of Beef Stew, 4 packages of Cubed Steak, 2 packages of short ribs, 2 packs of soup bones, and 40 pounds of ground beef.
1/4 is approximately 70-100 pounds of meat.
We may be able to exchange certain items for another if you prefer something different. Due to supply we might have change pieces listed above out for something else, but we will make it right.
Price is $800.
- All cuts are vacuumed sealed, weighed, labeled, and frozen.
- After you purchase the beef, we will contact you and send a cut sheet to you.

You can pay the deposit today, then we will invoice you for the remaining balance once your beef is at the processing plant and we know the final hanging weight.
