Whole Beef Share is $4.50/lb, plus the processing fee is approximately $500-$600
Packaged Meat Breakdown is around: 1/2 ground beef & stew, 1/4 roasts, 1/4 steaks.
All cuts are vacuumed sealed, weighed, labeled, and frozen.
After you purchase the beef, we will contact you and send a cut sheet to you.
You pick your own cuts.

You pay the nonrefundable deposit today ($200) to reserve your beef and then we will invoice you for the remaining balance once your beef is at the processing plant and we know the final hanging weight.
Due to food safety regulations and perishable nature of our products, Holly Knoll Farms does not accept returns or provide refunds on meat products, including individual frozen cuts, meat bundles, and quarter, half, or whole (beef/hog) share purchases, once the product left our possession.
