- Whole Beef Share is $4.15/lb, plus the processing fee is approximately $500-$600
- Packaged Meat Breakdown is around: 1/2 ground beef & stew, 1/4 roasts, 1/4 steaks.
- All cuts are vacuumed sealed, weighed, labeled, and frozen.
- After you purchase the beef, we will contact you and send a cut sheet to you.
- You pick your own cuts.
